As a legal assistant (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for all administrative and organizational matters and support the back office in its daily work.
Your tasks are:
- Client support on the phone and by email
- Independent calendar and eFile management
- eDocument management
- Direct client contact
- Independent communication with authorities
Our requirements for you:
- Relevant professional experience in office management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commercial or Refa training an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of the interrelationships
- Proactive, open and solution-oriented personality
- German language skills at native speaker level or comparable
- Knowledge of English an advantage
